什么是 PITCH


在电子组件中,音调是一个代表销间距的术语。

引脚是指电子组件连接到电路的部分,而音高表示这些销钉之间的间隔。

通常,销距以毫米(mm)显示,而小销间距允许电子组件的尺寸较小,因此最近,许多具有较小音高的部分都在开发出来。

例如,DIP(双线内包装)IC零件的引脚间距为2.54mm(0.1英寸),但最近,零件中的BGA(Ball Grid Array)或QFN(Quad Flat no-Leads),PIN间距0.4mm,0.3mm,0.2mm和0.15mm的情况可能非常小。

如果引脚间距较小,则电路将更加密集,从而使您可以创建较小的电子产品。

但是,引脚间距越小,它可以产生生产和接线的难度越大,并且输热剂可能会失衡,这可能会导致热问题。
